The dryer with nozzles and fix lower part and swivelling upper part which can be opened with the help of pneumatic cylinders Circulation air and blowing speed at the nozzles are calculated to an optimum to the necessary drying capacity under consideration of a possible small power consumption. Every zone of the dryer is temperature controlled.

Width adjustable rewinder driven at both sides with AC- servo motors operating in two winding directions, contact roller unit with linear guidance also for gap rewinding,

The winding position have beams for electrical chain lifting tools.

20. Plant control
All drives are dimensioned acc. to the required web tensions and speeds. The complete control is based on intelligent SERVO- Inverters with integrated PLC ruling is a PLC, Siemens S 7. Display by means of OP 270. Further digital displays are located at the lamination unit and the winders. Digital speed display; web length display; web breakage monitor.
