Inspection and length measuring machines are the latest step in the production process for the final quality control after a large number of previous manufacturing proccesses of a web of any kind.

Even smallest faults and colour deviations are recognized by the skilled human eye, when the web material is transported right in front of the eyes of the observer.

LSF web inspection - and lenght measuring machines are available as certificated machines for elastic material according to the guideline of the German "Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt" (PTB)

Web inspection and length measuring machines are available in 4 different groups of the elastic material to be proccessed. Group I: non tension sensitive, up to group IV: high sensitive to tension like high elastic material LYCRA
